Description

The Cary 5000 double beam spectrophotometer works in the visible and infrared range of the spectrum and it is used for the characterization of materials as a function of the wavelength, in our case, usually lenses, filters or optical systems. It has a receptacle where the object to be measured is placed and has several accessories to dim the light and make specular, diffuse and variable angle reflectance measurements. It also has a polarizer and a depolarizer.
