Descripción
A bibliographical search recently lead to the estimate that the number of published flux measurements of radio sources has considerably exceeded 500000, not counting measurements of other source parameters (like size, polarisation, variability, optical identification, etc.). This number is growing at ever higher speed. The data are scattered over hundreds of papers, and not even the largest and most recent catalogues are readily available from existing astronomical data centers. This report explains how several dozen larger and smaller source lists, which were not yet archived by any data center, have been collected over the last two years. They comprise entries for a total of nearly 400000 radio sources and other extragalactic objects.
