Descripción
The VSA (Very Small Array) has made CMB observations in three different
configurations, corresponding to different multipole order (l) ranges:
compact for l=150-800 (Taylor et al. 2003, Cat. J/MNRAS/341/1066),
extended for l=300-1500 (Dickinson et al. 2004MNRAS.353..732D) and
super-extended for l=600-2500. The corresponding areas have been
surveyed with the Ryle Telescope (RT) at 15GHz, to a greater depth the
higher the l value, in order to identify the sources for subtraction at
33GHz. The five fields analyzed in this paper are those of the VSA
super-extended observations.
