Class II methanol Masers and ultracompact HII regions (UCHII) trace regions of massive star formation. We have carried out mid-IR imaging of a selected number of star forming complexes traced by UCHII and methanol maser emission to determine their large scale properties. The mid-IR images from 8 to 20 micron were obtained with the mid-IR camera CID attached at the 2.1m telescope of the Mexican National Observatory of S.Pedro Martir (Baja California, Mexico). Combining the near-IR photometry taken from 2MASS and the SPITZER-IRAC data, we have derived the infrared spectral energy distribution (SED) of the detected sources associated with the UCHII regions. The SEDs are compared with the spherically symmetric dust model obtained from the DUSTY code in order to derived the physical parameters of the sources.
