Description

Several soldering stations are available in order to be adapted to the nature and requirements of the SMD, SMT and reworking jobs performed, where it should be taken into account the component type, its placement within the zone to be repaired, its characteristics, etc. The SmartHeat® technology is the core technology of the soldering stations, where the soldering, de-soldering and reprocessing are done at controlled and safe temperatures, taking into account the tip geometry, board thickness, required temperature, flow type, soldering type, soldering technique, etc. Manual soldering, de-soldering and reworking of lead-free joints require a critical management of the involved heat transfers, even without the involvement of the operator.
