Cloud computing is the on-demand availability of computer system resources, especially data storage and computing power. With the raise of Big Data , Organizations and data scientists are increasingly storing large sets of data online and taking advantage of the great potential offered by computing power resources, available from both private and public research institutions.  In this Journal Club I will give a very general introduction to this topic and how Data science and cloud computing essentially go hand in hand.
