The scientific research and technological development projects carried out by the Institute of Astrophysics at its facilities, both at its headquarters in Tenerife and La Palma, and at the Teide and Roque de los Muchachos Observatories, represent an important training and professional experience pool not only for highly specialized researchers and technologists, but also for support, technical, and administrative staff.

Aware of this training and job placement value, the Canary Islands Institute of Astrophysics is opening the door to new staff who, under the one-year training contract, can benefit from the developments being carried out, in order to complete their training and prepare them for a better entry into the labor market.
