In case of emergency

Should an emergency arise during your stay at Roque de los Muchachos Observatory, you must follow the emergency plan. 

You can always contact the Reception of the Residencia by dialing the following internal telephone number: Reception (ext.2500)

You must also bear in mind the basic safety and risk prevention regulations in the workplace.

Before driving up to the Observatory, it is advisable to review the meteorological warnings by AEMET and the current alerts by Gobierno de Canarias and follow the advice and recommendations given therein.
