This conference is organized by the Instituto de Astrofísica de Canarias (IAC) , in collaboration with the Gran Telescopio Canarias (GTC) and the National Astronomical Observatories of China (NAOC)  with the goal of consolidating the collaboration between China and Spain in Astronomy. The National Observatories of Chinese Academy of Sciences (NAOC- NIAOT ) are currently developing the  Canary Hybrid Optical high-Resolution Ultra-stable Spectrograph (CHORUS)  ( CHORUS at NAOC-CAS ) that will be installed in the Gran Telescopio Canarias (GTC) at the Observatorio del Roque de los Muchachos in La Palma. This conference will join the Chinese and Spanish scientific communities in a face-to-face meeting on November 24-28, 2025 at IACTec at La Laguna, Tenerife (Canary Islands).
